The Person of the Year: JK Rowling

If I were a jury member of the committee rewarding the person of the year, I would choose JK Rowling who is the writer of Harry Potter series. Her skill and story have always appealed to me. When I first read her book, Harry Potter and The Sorcerer's Stone, I was 11 and not aware of how talented she is. As I grew up, I read all of the books again and realized that every sentence was processed logically. You can come across the reasons of an event you cannot understand in the first book while reading the seventh book. You may think I exaggerated but It took JK Rowling 10 years to complete the series and the fact that she did not contradict in details and do logical error is the thing needing to be appreciated. There are remarkable writers as talented as Rowling as well; nevertheless, her imagination, ideas she can transcribe easily and poverty before she wrote Harry Potter series have inspired and reminded me the quote of Paulo Coelho ‘When you want something, all the universe conspires in helping you to achieve it.’ Moreover, that she used JK for reaching even prejudiced people who did not read women's books though her real name was Joanne is also a cause for respecting her enthusiasm. She may not be active enough to be selected the person of the year right now but the nominee I would give the award or choose would be JK Rowling due to the fact that I want to thank for what I have experienced so far.

                                                   

Indie Rock

 Indie Rock is a kind of Alternative Rock and represents the singers who do not rely on a label. 'Indie' existing in its name means 'Independent' inasmuch as  its singers use a free way by not accepting popular trends while they produce their songs. The reason why I am explaining Indie Rock is not to be regarded as a genre by most people and to be thought as a kind of Indian music owing to 'Indie' name.  Also some think the ones listening Indie Rock are hippies. But there is no link between listening a genre of music and information about who we are. As far as you see, there are so much prejudice about it. According to me, Indie Rock is such a relaxing music that I forget all troubles and have a rest whenever I listen to some songs based on it. The bands and the singers such as Franz Ferdinand, The Black Keys, Bon Iver, Birdy, Kings of Leon you know well and even you love listening are all Indie Rock members.  Their songs are not so noisy at all. They follow the same routine. Perhaps this is the negative aspect of this genre. Some people are bored with hearing the same notes and sounds. Even they claim Indie Rock makes them sleep or gives them headache. If the singers and bands add several different notes and maybe some various instruments to this kind, they can change the others' pessimistic thoughts. But the listeners should remember Indie Rock members do not like being managed and certain rules about their music. Mr. Snollygoster in Our Dating Service

But now, his healthy routine got worse owing to the harsh conditions of his job. So the most important characteristic of woman he asks for is to be attentive about health. Chris is not a person addicted to physical appearance. All he wants from his voluntary partner is reciprocal respect and love.
